i've lived my entire life in washington, I only knew a couple people growing up that went to a church on a regular basis, shit I can't even think of a single person under 30 that has ever been inside a church without being dragged there by their parents.

my parents had a talk with me when I was going to spend a saturday night at a religious kids house, they wanted to make sure I came home the next day before church. they pretty much told me strait up at age 10 that the only reason people are religious is that they get sucked in to believing it when they are too young and stupid to know any better, and that if I want to go to church I should wait until I was 18 and old enough to make an informed decision.
