First documented use of Deep Learning was in Soviet Union in 1970s.

I literally am. Everything we do is governed by demand elasticities, but the problem is intractable because of the sheer number product combinations, combined with the difficulty of modelling demand preferences far out into the future. I've literally dedicated my life to the subject you're lecturing me about, and now some starbucks barista """"communist"""" is telling me that I've been doing it wrong this entire time.

So much samefagging and false-flagging to cover your weak argument will only make you more of an embarrassment. Now it's clear that not only you have nothing to do with Machine Learning, but with science in general.
>Marvin Minsky described multilayer perceptrons in the 1960s.
Multilayer perceptions is not Deep Learning.

I find it more problematic that some technology that was developed in 1970s and forgotten forgotten for decades, but then someone reinvented the wheel and now the same technology is used in a lot of places because we have hardware that's powerful enough. Who knows how many other algorithms are there that we don't know about.
