Why does NASA not attach a simple cellphone camera to their various probes. I'm so sick of composite images and false color photographs. I just want a fucking picture of some the planets and moons.

If it wasn't clear, the non-science cameras on Perseverance are straight off the shelf hardware. Not quite a cell phone camera but absolutely nothing remarkable either.
