It’s an innate trait in probably the vast majority of females to try and avoid ever being excluded from anything going on anywhere.

Men would have difficulty surviving alone, but can manage to support themselves. Women rely entirely on the group for their survival, and especially during pregnancy require lots of support and protection. They probably feel an intense subconscious drive to constantly seek entry and influence over groups they are aware of, and conversely they likely also feel anxiety and stress when they feel excluded. In the most extreme cases, they feel mortal fear of being "left out". This inborn drive manifests itself in unhealthy ways in modern society.

On a less theoretical sense, I think women do it simply because they can get away with it and it benefits them. They get attention, they get resources, no one is ever going to call them out for being posers. Just like there’s a lot of guys who see a girl that is unpopular/shy and think "maybe I have a chance, there’s less competition.", there’s a lot of women who see a group with no females and think something similar. For example, if you went to a public high school, even "nerdy" groups of low status males usually had one or two token female members who milked it for attention and drama.

The primary symptom of autism, ADHD etc in boys is being inconvenient to the factory school system.
Those illnesses do exist but most of the time it's just used to get boys with too big an independent streak out of the way of the feminization/pacification machine while denying them the foundations needed for success and traumatizing them on purpose.
