How can pain be measured, how is it determined to be excessive or not?

Take working out or a physical job as an example. I would expect pain and soreness for the first few weeks as a body adjusts but this should subside. If after 12 weeks of this physical routine the pains keep getting worse, is there something wrong?

What is one meant to do if the average doctor doesn't appear to have a clue what the next step should be? What language to use? I know that even the smallest mention of a fact you found online will kill their doctor-boner and they will be even more unhelpful.

Most common places are the liver and the lungs of cattle.
In cow muscle there may be Taenia saginata cysts. HOWEVER, since I'm a mere med student and not a vet student, I don't know if the dog can host this T.saginata parasite for it to become adult and lay eggs (and become a source of infection), or if the Taenia just encysted in the dog's muscle.
