Only if the universe is ergodic. Like, if you are a collection of particles, or whatever, in a given box of a constant size, and an evil you is also a collection of particles, or whatever, in a box of a the same constant size, then yes, an evil you will exist in the history of a universe of a constant size.
If the universe expands at all you're probably going to hell, good or evil, so you should ask Allah for forgiveness, or fuck virgins or whatever I'm not your dad.
