Very little, they still have the military contracts for BFR and the Lunar variant was never going to be taken seriously by anyone.

Have you tried reading past the headline? It's worth it to see how full of shit the headline is.

money should go to more sustainable (actually sustainability and not just muh CO2) food and water instead of going to space shitholes with no valuable resources. for example the vast majority of crops even in the countries with highest GDPs and HDIs rely solely on natural pollenization and rainwater for food, even if we somehow reverse global warming, climate is naturally volatile, we were going into a glacial so in no scenario is the current model sustainable. the only argument against this is money and the agricultural sector is already heavily reliant on subsidies

most of the money gets lost before it even reaches Africa. A charity is a business after all.

At worst, SpaceX will lean more on their USAF and commercial customers. Biden nor the Democrats can't tell private companies to give up on a profitable venture and sure as hell can't stop the USAF

Considering Biden was VP when commercial crew got signed, I doubt they are shifting focus. Also Biden admin made a statement a few days ago that NASA was going to keep on with Artemis

The Biden administration intends to continue with Artemis:

In addition, multiple democratic senators have come out in support of the commercial Human Landing System initiative which provides funding for the development of Starship. They made this announcement a day after Starship crashed too.
