with the sole exception of Starhopper, every Starship made has been the same full scale version that's planned. However, SN10 (along with all of its compatriots SN5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 15 etc) is just the second stage of the rocket

Starship (the second stage) is 9 meters wide and 50 meters tall.

They've been making full scale real starships since October 2020 with SN8, SN9, SN10 and SN11.

The size has changed a few times, but the prototypes you see now are full scale. They are only the second stage though, the first booster prototype is not quite finished yet.
