I was here 10 days ago. Basically, went to ENT doctor because of constant unilateral tinnitus (+ other ear has this weird thing where I hear static TV noise whenever there's a loud sound nearby), diagnosed it as bilateral otitis interna (obviously I wasn't really satisfied) because there was no wax whatsoever(had an ear wash 3 months ago) but he didn't even order an audiometry test for hearing loss or even conduct a simple rinne/weber test.
Was prescribed prednisolone, thioctic acid supplements, and some anti-tinnitus med i forgot its name. Have been taking them for a week now, and nothing new happened.
If it isn't cerumen impaction, what am I looking at here? Do both ears even have the same problem?
And yeah, I'm scheduled to meet with him again tomorrow.

It's a lot of paperwork and opaque bureaucratic processes. Theoretically your degree and even specialty should be automatically valid through the EU, but you might need to deal with regional authorities, and maybe some sort of oversight organization for the particular spec in addition to just the national authorities in order to get a permit to practice, and this can take a lot of effort, money, time and you might still get stumped in the end without any real reason, and obviously challenging these decisions will take a lot more money, time and effort.

At an internship? Double also, but unlikely since mRNA is temporary. The point of using it for the vaccine is that it creates an immune reponse that lasts longer than the actual mRNA. I think practically speaking an mRNA inhaler would generate proper CFTRs in only some of the lung tissue and once those channels were recycled you'd need to reapply it. It's probably possible to come up with a regimen of routine inhalations to get a high population of the functioning CFTRs in the tissue, but I don't think it's particularly viable.

Most medical schools don't care what your undergrad was so physics/chem double major might as well be art history/music. 3.7 is okay, but there are lots of gunners with 4.0s (not that they get it since they have other weaknesses). EMT/ER tech is good. 50 hours shadowing is mediocre. Having a "clean record" is like saying you breathe air; everyone who applies does. Even with a "pretty good" MCAT you could get rejected. If you told me you had a 518 MCAT, I'd waitlist you without extra information. Also your attitude pisses me off so I might just reject after interviewing you.

In the US a nurse or cna would be tasked with ambulating, even as the most major fall risk in the world you aren't allowed to lock a patient in bed by use of the rails. That's actually a misuse of bed rails, which you would know if you were even pre-med. Everyone still expects you to drive a BMW and have a nice house even though you technically can't afford it. By the time your debt is paid off and you finally are actually getting to enjoy your six-figure salary, everybody thinks you're some rich scumbag and nobody believes how hard you worked to get there.

Law isn't better, if my lawyer friends are any indication. High debt, 100+ hour workweeks, and you slowly climb your way up to the rich mahogany bookshelves, burning out half way.

They are either in the right field of employment or they aren't. If your colleagues make an honest mistake then confront them yourself and point out the mistake. If a colleague intentionally does something that infringed on the patient's health or rights, then that action can affect the entire hospital as a whole. There isn't some secret boy's club in a hospital setting, most often you'll barely know most of your colleagues.

You have to live it. Basic pharmacology is all definitions applied to basic physiology, so in order to learn it you have to git gud @ physiology.
Clinical pharmacology must be linked with the rest of your assignments in order to have an easier time correlating adverse effects, dosage and whatever else.
