You'll want to look up student notes for this course or take the time to make your own. It may be difficult as you learn while making them, also McGraw-Hill textbooks are usually bloated and mostly filler so look for high yield summarys or key points. And if you have practice questions, do them all - especially if they are past/example exam questions.
