I once found a printed copy (with plastic covers and one of those plastic spine things that goes through holes in the paper) of this at a lounge area of one of the buildings at our Physic department.

Not sure if it was left there by some bemused scientist or the guy himself. That building isn't occupied by anyone doing research relating to relativity, but it's the newest and shiniest one.
