Arctic regions are most difficult to navigate if anything, since there are no landmarks, and that is why innuits do better on visual-spatial tests than any other race.
And inhospitability has nothing to do with intelligence. If that were the case, than Abos and Africans were the most intelligent.

It is true though that European IQ was probably lower in last centuries so CWT doesn't explain entirety of intelligence gaps.

It's dumb as shit, it states European whites are smarter because they lived in the harshest environment on earth. Africa is the toughest environment on earth. Brazil would be a better example, of giant tropical rainforests with infinite resources and food, but it just turned them into tribal warlords, not really thinkers. I guess Europeans just had an environment that wasn't too easy or hard.

No it doesn't. This is just standard layman interpretation of it but it's more complicated than that. It's not about "harshness" itself but about obtaining food. Which was more difficult in Eurasia than in Africa. This in turn lead to selection for higher intelligence in those regions.
