We all know that masks don't do jack shit protecting you from pathogens, but do they stop infected people from spreading viruses?

Yeah, telling people to wear cloth masks cut down transmission rates of the virus by a measly 10% to maybe 40%.

Wearing an N95 mask though really does protect you. It's hilarious that everyone still has cloth masks even after a year of the plague. A real sign that the people in charge just don't have a fucking clue or just don't care. I suspect they simply don't want to educate people about this because they're STILL afraid of a run on masks hampering medical workers.
