12393687 No.12393687 [Reply] [Original]

The sun has fallen out of orbit and is headed towards Earth. Is there any way for us to protect our selves?

>> No.12393691

We need to build a sun made of ice out of the ice caps and launch it towards the lava sun

>> No.12393698

Move everyone to a single place and have the combined mass cause the planet to tilt and roll out of the way.

1 trillion lions

>> No.12393760

>>12393691
but we don't have enough ice caps, this is why the climate change peoples were angry, welp, i guess they were right, we are dead now

>The sun has fallen out of orbit
Nigga what

>> No.12393762

Have everyone crank their ACs to full blast and try to ride it out

Just wait till night and we are okay

scientifically speaking, why wouldn't this work?

Nothing is going to protect your ass from the extreme radiation coming.

not enough lions

Who would win of 1 trillion sun sized lions and one lion sized sun?

>> No.12393803

>>12393781
The lions would be absorbed and crushed into their component atoms, which would be used as fuel in nuclear fusion. They would literally make the sun more powerful.

>> No.12393819

>>12393798
1 trillion sun sized lions would collapse into a black hole.

One lion sized sun could be defeated with a garden hose.

>> No.12393827

>>12393691
Your such a fucking retard.
It would just make a sun made of obsidian, and it'd still be headed towards us.
You should be shamed out of yourself.

>> No.12393830

>>12393803
But the lions could roar in unision andbthe resulting sound wave will dissolve the sun

>> No.12393832

>>12393830
Sound doesn't travel through space.

>> No.12393845

>>12393830
how would the lions do it at the same time their dumb animals they cant coordinate now a trillion chinese maybe did you watch the jo opening wow they can coordinate a trillion chinese could definely shout in unison no idea if the sun would dissolve though >>12393832 oh yeah thats right i guess it won't work then haha

Nigger hands typed that post.

Both of those things can't happen.

How about this instead.
The gravitational constant of the universe has ceased to be constant and now is a periodic function that fluctuates between twice its old constant value and half of its old constant value over a period of roughly three months.

>> No.12394419

250 brett lesners could easily defeat the sun

>> No.12394424

If that happened then science would be useless lol.

Not all results would be useless, and many would slide in and out of use with perfect use twice every 3 months. An extension of the question is whether life could evolve and/or sustain itself under such conditions. Assuming a sudden change, then I think many lifeforms would indeed die out or have a sharp decline followed by adaptation. Some species could probably live just fine and have little need to adapt to the change in gravity itself, but some could be eventually affected by the adaption of other species around them.

muh sun dislocation
