Taylor Series - seriously, they're your friend; you do integrals and Fourier/Laplace Transforms to tackle differential equations (basically all of Physics is differential equations, if that counts for applied math >.<), but basically every time you want to know what a function is, you write it out as a series (though sometimes asymptotics are better).

And then Group Theory, which is awesome.
