I don't know much about iodized salt, and don't use it either. To my knowledge much of it does metabolize to useful iodine, but I don't really know the dose response relative to any given intake pattern. Can you tell me more about this?

The only thing you can do is live in the woods and meditate on ellliptic curve cryptography or something similar.

basically cryptography or death.
being cryptographic is the bare minimum and even then you can only do CRIME or PEASANTRY.

the problem is that genetically speaking anything can be considered cryptographic.

There is no minimal guarentee that a genetic algorithm will converge on a general theory of cryptograhpy.
