I wouldn't argue that, I would instead argue that due to lower average intelligence in many parts of the world it's in our best interests to greatly limit immigration.
You may say that is a belief of the right and maybe it is but the difference is I see the solution to declining birth rates in educated populations to be economic stability for the average man.
Most educated people wont have kids before having financial security, I believe socialist economic policy is the best way to insure this happens earlier leading to increased birth rates.

Considering this thread is geared towards politics, I'll approach it from the perspective of politics.
I'll come out and say I haven't read it.
I'm sure its a book that needs to be considered, however the implications of it (from what I've heard about the book) is mostly inconsequential.
It used to be a large topic in the 60's and 70's - nature vs. nurture. It was, at least, a central topic with regards to the legitimacy of John Rawlsian concepts of political philosophy. If a person was born a certain way, does that give the state license to manipulate people's lives? In any case, the debate eventually was "put on the shelf".
There ARE people, currently, who are looking into IQ to discuss topics surrounding the social sciences, but that discussion is on the frontier of thought.

In any case, even if there was a class of people who were less intelligent, comparative advantage still exists. Moreover, the topic of nature vs nurture to me seems so nonsensical, in general, as a discussion. The state shouldn't be trying to socially engineer people's lives, and what choice at all did a person have if they were born a certain way? How does that give license from the state to mess with them? So I don't see why this discussion would be useful.

I have heard this claim before but I don't buy it. I do believe Islam was created specifically by the Jews to fight Christianity however and if you trace the bloodlines this leads directly back to the Jews, even by their own admission. Because I have doing this research for years fact checking every detail. I know all the players and all the networks and goals. Once you know the end game the rest isnt very hard. The idea that racism depends on essentialism of placing people into racial categories is completely wrong. Even if you don't use the categories, you could still use race as a spectrum, and say "this person is very black" "this person is halfway between East Asian and caucasoid". You could even have congoid scores, mongoloid scores, Caucasus scores or other, which would place you in relation to others. And you could still discriminate based on those scores. So those people arguing against racism by simply arguing against absolute racial categories are hitting so far away from their target it's not even funny. They're just trying and failing to prove they are intellectually superior.
