You hear a lot about beetles and fungus infections but you never seem to hear about plants getting a cold. They don't have white blood cells either. But their nucleus looks just as good as any other for turning into virus factories. What gives?

There are loads of plant viruses, as well as infectious DNA strands called viroids that exclusively infect plants. Come on, what kind of question is this? Would take you 2 seconds to find the answer on google.

yes plants can have viruses too for example the tabak mosaik virus its, once the plant is infected it cant be cured the plant is sick but stays alive under optimal conditions

How come they never get wiped out by a viral plague then. They don't even have white blood cells. A disease spread by ants or pollen would be devastateing.

Plants tend to have significantly larger genomes than animals, because most of their genetic info exists just to fight disease, similar to how antibiotics are derived from fungi

This has nothing whatsoever to do with whether they can get viruses, why do you think it would?
Prokaryotes obviously don't have white blood cells and yet bacteriophages are some of the most common "organisms" on earth.
