The human spine is really shit, I discoverd a lo of videos about why tits so shit, but never how a functional good spine would look like, do someone here has any idea ?

Well, a good thing the spine could use is a shit ton of muscles that work like autonomic breathing. Basically, if we're not thinking about it, the muscles are keeping our spine straight so we aren't able to become hunchbacks from sitting upright.

I remember seeing a pic about a better spine, in the pic the lower vertebrae were much thicker than in a normal spine. That's all I remember. There are probably many designs like the one I mentioned out there.

Lower vertebrae should be much wider while maintaining the same height and length. The extra strength from that permits a change to musculature that eliminates the lower curve.
No way to fix the neck afaik without scrapping the whole design and starting over.
