pro tip: write vectors as [math]\hat{\mathbf{x}} x + \hat{\mathbf{y}} y[/math]. ignore the boldface when writing by hand, the hat is enough to distinguish vectors. adding two vectors is obvious this way

in your problem, all the forces are perpendicular to the forces, so the cross products reduce to multiplication

Select on point, around which you will suppose everything will turn. Let's say you choose point A and you will make everything turn clockwise around it.

Check the direction each of the other forces will try and turn the bar around A. Get the torque from each of these forces in relation with point A. The sum of all of them is ZERO, so your equation will be something like T1+T2-T3-T4+...=0.

Notice that you can do this fixing any point. It is usual to pick a point that you don't know much information about, because it will not show up in the equation to solve.
