Plastic is far far worse, specifically BPA and all alternatives such as BPS and BPF. It severely disrupts neuroendocrine pathways and leads to disruptions in testosterone production and lowers testosterone levels. Is partially right in that microplastics are a big problem, but also hormones/xenoestrogens in the environment. In addition, lifestyle actually 100% trumps all of the above; if you don't regularly work out and eat healthy, you will NEVER move past being a soi person no matter how little plastics or xenoestrogens you avoid vs. someone who regularly eats and works out but has a massive plastic and xenoestrogen intake (they will have a much higher testosterone level than you)
Soi boy is partly cultural and a lot of lifestyle changing from "outdoors 24/7" to "indoors on the computer 24/7"

I think there are many more drivers at play than basedbeans, and I think there is a more generalized malnutrition problem driving hormonal issues than simply blaming a decent source of protein. Most animal products are full of hormone-fucking agents as it is, and few people have the access or at least the skill set to seek out local, non-cucked alternatives.
