Does trepanation work for reducing cranial pressure? Everything that big pharma has flung at me doesn't work or is completely unsustainable for my chronic migraines.

I had a bad sinus infection that lasted over a month and I had to talk myself out of using a power drill to relieve the pressure.
I'm luck I guess that I only get visual migraines. Your best bet is just trying to identify what triggers them and avoid it.
