Especially now, as they have grown so accustomed to relying on the help coming from white people. Most of the slaves that came back to Africa after slavery was abolished became slave owners themselves. Unfortunately, Japan definitely does suffer from a lot of expectation issues, which is the main contributing factor to their depression and suicide rate. Once we acknowledge that socioeconomic class is largely determined by heritable biological intelligence, and that the poor are poor due largely to their inherited cognitive deficiencies, then the creation of a working class economy that is as equitable to all cognitive abilities as possible becomes a human rights issue.

That's wrong, correlation can tell you what is happening, and after you know that something is happening you can go on to investigate it further.
For example if you do stuff like IQ tests nationally you can compare the results between provinces and neighboring nations and you might notice one province lagging behind and as you investigate this problem further you figure out that the province is suffering from widespread iodine deficiency so you add some iodine in their salt and everybody is happy.

And again as with pretty much all the arguments around this issue it boils down to semantics, you do not want to admit that there is something measurable about intelligence so you come up with all sorts mental acrobatics to deny very simple mainstream scientific studies, this is not philosophy, it's wholly irrelevant what intelligence *truly* is, all that is relevant is that it correlates fairly well with how well a person can do tasks where the usage of the brains is necessary.
