Realistically, early to mid next year it'll be widely available. Several groups have shown safety and immune responses in phase I and II trials, and now it's a matter of wait and see if the various vaccines work in the general population via phase III trials.

Some politicians will probably try to push for a vaccine earlier than that, but I'd be very skeptical of anything on the market before adequately powered phase III trials are conducted.
