Let's take you, and clone you to perform an experiment.
We assume: The clone is an exact copy of you in every sense possible.
Now, let's say one of you is taken into a programme which looks into your genetics, and your lifestyle, and proceeds to guide you through achieving the maximum possible potential in your life.
We are talking diet, exercise, meditation, supplements, perhaps medication if necessary, or the removal of chronic illnesses.
How different would the qualia between your clone, and yourself?
How much much better off is your clone, in terms of life satisfaction, cognitive capacity, and endurance?

Any books on this?

Since neither creating an exact copy nor inspecting qualia is scientifically possible, any book on this would be nothing but purely philosophical speculation and therefore utterly worthless garbage.

Ok, so what's the next best thing?
Any books on the effects of Sleep hygiene, Diet, Meditation and Exercise combined?

Same thing as just selecting two people, one which does all the good things you said and one that doesnt, and try to find a way to evaluate the things you mentioned

No clone necessary, other humans are already 99.9+% exact copies of you.
