Is it all about sleep because sometime i sleep less but feel smart but i agree that usually when i lack sleep i'm a brainlet so maybe its also about stimulation and food or maybe it's about chain of days meaning that they're accumulating so if the average things that affect intelligence negatively accumulated in a few days you'll feel like a brainlet for longer, Its a chain thats hard to break out from

there are as of now nothing you can do to seriously increase your IQ, other than practicing IQ tests for fake score increase. If there were a way to increase IQ it would be practiced all over the world, and especially in Africa. But we don't see that do we. I've looked everywhere and found nothing that can make me smarter

There are a lot of factors. Sleep length, sleep quality, stress, digestion, feeding timing and food type. You'll also be most alert during the morning and midday hours up to siesta, then if you sleep sieste you'll get a small boost for the evening hours. Its a general decline in cognitive performance over the day
