When I masturbate frequently my balls hurt after ejaculation.
For example if I don't masturbate for a week and then masturbate 4 times in the next 3 days, the first 2 or 3 times are normal, but then after ejaculating my testicles hurt for a long time. Is this normal, because I masturbate too much? Or shouldn't there be any pain? Because I imagine that some people have sex even more often than that and I don't think their balls hurt.

Here it is, ladies (kek, sure) and gentlemen: my last Lecturio post (for a little while).
I uploaded all the non-clinic and clinic courses I have; admittedly, the collection is not complete: it lacks the calculus course (which didn't interest me) and some lectures of ginecology.
As said in another post, I have other 30gb of disorganized lecturio stuff about pathology I'll eventually see posted too; until then, I'll just lurk around these threads in the little spare time I have these days.

Other corporations are the ones who get the LiveLeak survivor footage. One time I had a practice in one of them and we received two boys 17 and 16 who got glassed in their faces and heads after a rodeo. The young one got a deep oblique cut that started at his jawline and ended at his left eye, not a single but multiple parallel injuries that damaged his facial muscles; weapon was a broken beer bottle.

What makes you want to go into nursing? More pointless roles are being waved off to nurses, it's bullshit. I had to be part-kitchen staff, part-orderly, part-security, part-housekeeper, part-sitter, part-maintenance, etc. when I was a bedside nurse. Granted, workload, nurse role, and nurse-to-patient ratio depend on the unit. Your medical team, coworkers and hospital management also matter in whether or not you enjoy going to work.
Don't go paractical/vocational nursing. I find LPN/LVNs to be quite under-educated, and they tend to make a lot of mistakes and/or poor decisions.

This website groups people with autistic traits and social ineptitude. Do you really expect me to sit through 8 hours of restless appointments with nagging oldbags? During my social service pts filled complaints saying I'm rude and whatever shit as if they expected me to agree or make them feel better about the stupid ass choices that got them sick in the first place.
The day I gave up with clinical specialities was when a diabetic pt came to her appointment with +400mg capillary glucose after weeks of having a banana and oat shake for breakfast because her friends told her it was a great remedy to treat diabetes. Told her that shit was a sugar bomb and that she should adhere to her insulin and stop believing non-doctors opinions. I don't know why it rubbed her the wrong way so she reported me. Never raised my voice or frowned my face or anything. The nerve of that bitch.

I'm in the boat as you. I'm an RN-BScN wanting to make the switch to medicine. While it may be a bit of an advantage with prior clinical experiences, the only thing admissions really cares about is what your science prerequisite grades are, if they were completed within the past 5 years, your MCAT score and your references. They could care less about whether you were a nursing or physics major in college.
You also definitely don't learn as much as a physician in nursing school. So while you may think it will boost your interest in medicine, nursing schools essentially give a watered down education in medicine, and you either learn more by job experience or doing continuing education.
In all honesty, I've been a nurse for 7 years now, and I've been warned that I may have to redo most the bio, calc, chemistry and physics courses I did as prerequisites or as an electives in uni done over 4-5 years ago. I like the clinical experience I got, but I'm wishing I just did my degree then jumped straight into med school if I'll have to re-do everything.
That's my warning anyway if you plan to work for a while, then start the med school process.

So much time has passed since I started medical school and now that it's ending, I'm extremely happy. Did you guys had any sudden impulse to just quit MS on the spot? I've been there, just wanted to earn some money and be a minwage cuck working in a music store or a book shop and live comfy listening to music , reading books, having sex, getting drunk and smoking weed every single day and not give a fuck.

And instead, I'll have a responsibility. A pretty big one and people will still hate me or will have something to say just to fuck with me. Why did I go to medical school? Do I really want to be a doctor? Am I a good fit for this kind of job? Nowadays I feel like I only gave my attention to medicine and medicine only and I'm fed up. I just hope to not bring the shit that happens in the hospital to my home and I just want to be happy in general. Too much medicine for me and I'm stressed only thinking about it. Fuck this shit, I hope it just starts already so it can finally end and liberate me from my misery. That being said anon, we are in a time where the well of clinical experience opportunities is pretty much as dry as your grandmother's vagina and the free time is giving us too much to think about. Nothing about this makes sense when you think about it
1)concrete takes 1 month to cure, and at its fastest 1 week before building can commence. 3days clearing + 7 days curing, its clear a 10 day hospital will fall to shit within a year
2)the planning and approval are obviously done beforehand. As if a design could be produced within that timeframe
3)the materials were produced already. Prefabs can be erected generally within a month, so its not unreasonable to erect one within ten days with that many workers.
4)where is the proof any of it is working properly?
5)the paths in are still dirt so its not finished
Etc etc. I imagine this is akin to those fake buildings in dubai, nk and iirc china. Theyve really been ramping up propoganda in the past year.

Could you not instruct any doctor or med student to do the job? Maybe the analogy is autistic but in a different crisis scenario like a war lieutenant might be recruited to do the job of a captain even though he does not pass the qualifications etc.

>they have the capacity
In Italy the ICUs exceeded their capacities, some other European countries worry about that too.

>>11977390
I'm not interested in the civil engineering aspect of it because you could still evacuate and improvise some military building to serve as a health facility, that doesn't seem to be the issue. There is apparently something difficult about improvising ICUs. What exactly is that?

>> No.11977722

It ties in directly. If youre building shit buildings youre icus are going to be shit
1)vocs and exposure to stuff icu patients shouldnt be exposed to
2)no qa whatsoever
3)tieing in, no guarantee of systems working
Reasonable time for a hospital is a few years, its a seriously complex building.
Improvising icus, its pretty much outlined in youre video, you need negative pressure and more or less airtight rooms and multiple layers to prevent spread of corona. In australia i think we used shipping containers at one point and an arena as a backup, but my states canned that noe that we have 0 cases. I think sensationalism is overshooting this pandemic. Its bad but its not a case of dramatic bass music playing bad. I think some countries are using med students, if youre refering to the us of ayylmao its more political reasons than anything.

>There is apparently something difficult about improvising ICUs. What exactly is that?
The fact that ICU requires antimicrobial air filters, idolated spaces for each patient, vacuum systems, regulated temperatures, tight sealing on each cubicle, dozens of layers of in-wall tubes and so on.
Improvising this kind of network is retarded expensive and the technical aspect makes it not as useful as an actual ICU.

No
You can't just 'instruct' clinical experience of dealing with serious patients and acting fast in emergencies, how to work with all the ICU tech and machines, the protocols and dosages of ICU-specific treatments, or how to intubate and place central lines to the average pleb physician in a week or two, let alone a med student who's never even touched a patient.
Same with nurses, I don't know how it is in first world countries, but certainly in mine there's a massive gap of skill between ICU nurses and other generic nurses.

My country came up with big frontloaded contracts for young GPs to risk themselves at the triage and primary care area; if they die their life insurance is valued at 2500 USD. Why would anyone risk his life for a country and pt that don't value or even acknowledge your life/work?
I will not risk my future to save a multimorbid irresponsible boomer or the system that puts young medics into abusive schedules/hierarchies. Fuck you and eat a dick.

Don't they print expiry dates on the package/blister?
Regardless, I don't know this specifically for steroids, but typically the drugs being expired just means that the pharma company only paid for that much testing time to guarantee the effect and be able to legally state that shelf life; and if it's past that, then it's either still good, or just loses some of it's potency at worst - it doesn't suddenly turn toxic.
But again, maybe there's something different about steroids.
