Until the weirdness of 2020, real estate tended to be the easiest way to moderate wealth for the average person. It's even how Arnold Schwarzenegger made his first million before becoming an actor.
That market is going to be very unstable for a while, which means there is lots of money to be made but it's going to be much more difficult for the average person to understand the market.

Literally save every penny you can possible save for about a year. Get a real estate license in your state. Buy a 2 or 3 family home, live in one of the apartments and rent the others. Your tenants pay your mortgage and you live for free. Rinse and repeat.

Take HRT and become an E-thot. Otherwise, you could study video editing, graphics design and pimp an E-thot.

Nobody pays bonds, that's why every country is sunk knee deep in debt and they have no obligation to pay them.

not really an economyfag, but bonds are somewhat more stable than stocks. the main difference between the 2 is that when you hold stocks, you essentially own a slice of the company. with bonds you're basically loaning out money to some entity. Since it's a loan, the value of your bond never really decreases, which means that just about anywhere you can invest in bonds is good, as long as you get a solid return on it and the company doesn't go bankrupt.

Most of it is tolerable but the videos where he asks everyone to smash the like button more than once tend to annoy me unless he’s creative with it and some of his other jokes can be pretty lame, but the info is usually solid so I can handle it

Cryptocurrency is unironically the easiest way to multiply your wealth several times over since the dawn of civilization. All the top governments are developing digital currency, it’s only a matter of time before Bitcoin starts exploding again like it did four years ago.

>Take HRT and become an E-thot.
honestly like, if you had the capability of being an e-thot you probably didn't need hrt for that
hrt does very little for your attractiveness, or even facial feminization
