It’s something else and if just so happens the Big Bang predicted CMB with a lot of precision it can easily be assumed this is very much a positive for Big Bang theory. Of course this is only one slice of evidence of the Big Bang theory you can read up on more proof after you stop saying somehow magical clouds are emitting cmb radiation.
