I doubt it. And since IQ has gone out of vogue with the whole modern cultural Marxist wave gripping the west (and academia) I doubt anyone's tracking it in earnest in most countries. We're going to forget about innate human intelligence for a while here while we progressively get dumber and more complacent, until we hit a critical mass of stupidity and something jarring happens and we're back to square 1.

It’s because the reason IQ consistently rises in developing countries is more and more poor people have access to quality nutrition while growing, and the food in Brazil is such shit this effect is reversed as the poor just buy more junk food
