Stop casting doubt on shit without substantiating it ffs... Tectonic movement is better established than things like 5G having no negative health effects, the flat-Earth theory, or the moon landing conspiracy (which themselves are extremely fringe ideas as is).

Because the evidence is entirely based on geological and palaeontological supposition. Tectonic plates:

I will agree that it is an accepted theory in geology and palaeontology and that there is consensus in those fields. However, it is not a theory that has any basis in Physics.

Is the question regarding continental drift or plate tectonics? Continental drift is pretty much a slam dunk. We can observe the continents moving today, date the oceanic crust at mid-ocean ridges, and have evidence in strata that show continental drift (and thus the super continents) are a thing.

Plate tectonics has some debate about the specifics. But I don’t need to know how an engine works to see that a car smashed into a wall.

We have these observations, but the models proposed as the mechanisms is dubious by the standards of other related scientific theories at the same physical scale (such as atmospheric science).

Besides these models, the other geological evidence I've seen often reduce to "look at map, puzzle pieces fit together!" tier. Doesn't mean there wasn't a drift, just that we have no rigorous model for it, therefore we can't make reliable predictions nor can we faithfully claim that Pangea was a real continent.

I mean, the tools to piece together the geologic history involve trace fossil assemblages, sedimentary rock records, and deformation / strain / stress analysis, etc. Which I guess you can boil down to “fitting puzzle pieces together” if you really want. If they were questioning if the super continents are real, I’d say we’ve already figured out that they were; that’s what the evidence suggests. We’re working on explaining the how now.

Earth growing in size makes 9228 times more sense. Coupled with understanding that the Polar Configuration with Saturn, Mars and Venus was indeed real, it makes even more sense - perfect sense. Earth would've grown in size due to the electrical stresses induced during the breakup of the configuration.
