How comes that America covid19's mortality rate is so low? Shouldnt it be higher than another's countries since they're a bunch of diabetic fats with heart diseases?

My best guess is that it's partly due to low percentage infected + healthcare in USA is well funded. Most people stay alive but go into debt. That and under reporting.

It seams to spread fast in densely populated areas with public transport like New York or much of Europe, or dense slummy areas like Brazilian favaelas. US has a lot of low population rural areas where people are just naturally distanced and spread out.

Americans actually have to pay for their healthcare, whereas shitholes like Sweden (that I unfortunately live in) are as cheap as possible due to running on taxes, which is good for simple things like breaking a leg but really shitty for deadlier diseases wherein you're fucked because everything is basically a crowdfund.

A good healthcare system, is unbelievable hearing cases of american people being intubated for 15+ days, in my country people who are intubated die in around 5 days or so. Many patients have escaped from hospitals out of fear of dying, many more die because nurses and doctors aren't capable of using respirators and make more harm than good.
Negligence as well, americans sue themselves so much that many hospitals are capable at dealing with cross contamination between patients.
