That doesn't realy exist, many people just underestimate calories eaten and overestimate exercise.
There has never been a person that deviated significantly from the calculations of calories in vs. calories out in a controlled enviroment.

Not only is it impossible to maintain your weight at a negative energy ballance, but 17,7 kcal/day of difference in BMR in your pic are nowhere near a significant difference.
That's less than 1% of what a normal human burns in a day, wich is about 2000-2500 kcal in most cases.
