What is the real shape of atoms? If my picture is true is everything made of balls?

No, balls are spherically symmetric like pions. Electrons, protons, and neutrons have spin 1/2.

In terms of volume, the electron cloud makes up some 99% of the atom, while the nucleus is very small in comparison. Electrons also do not have circular orbits as shown in the picture. The electron cloud is a sort of map of where the electron is most likely to be located, but it is not restricted to that space. According to the uncertainty principle, an electron that is moving can be theoretically located anywhere in the known universe at any given time, but for all intents and purposes this probability is very slim...
