i would be too just out of spite for having had to spend hundreds of thousands/millions of dollars and a decade+ learning worthless garbage just to observe the obvious and prescribe poison because people are too fucking stupid to regulate their own fucking health and the poison is actually moar beneficial to them in the midst of their continuously poisonous life choices

If he was a doc in the box, or family practice, they love giving out EKGs and shit because they need your insurance to pay off the machines. You can always tell when a small practice gets a new machine, but I hope your tests were good.

Take Arginine, Glutamine, Cysteine, especially Proline, PQQ, and Cardiogen for cardiovascular maintenance.
Doctors today follow under the philosophy of
"immediate care" or "sick care" not preventive care, so if you want help in that department, you're gonna have to do that on your own.

Go to a specialist, do a sleep study. Even if it isn't deadly for you, you don't even know what it's like to get a full night's sleep, maybe it changes your life. So much shit is tied into good sleep: mood, productivity, outlook, train of thought, etc. Maybe your dad drank heavily because he couldn't sleep, or if he was an alcoholic, he definitely knew it was one way to sleep

T. Diagnosed with sleep apnea that finally corrected itself just from getting older, used to drink all the time, never In a good mood, depression, all gone now

Now this is concerning. You can have sleep apnea without being overweight. They should have at least recommended a sleep study.

>the doctor gives you their expert advice
>doesnt confirm your biases
>"I fucking hate medfags so much"
The likelihood that you actually have something wrong with you more significant than you being out of shape and have a shit diet is extraordinarily low. The doctor understands the vast majority of what is wrong with you is a lifestyle you won't be willing to change no matter what, because it should be painfully fucking obvious to you what's causing your poor health.

The irony of this cope is that the only ethnic groups in the US less obese than whites are Asians and Native Americans.

>> No.11620949

Sleep apnea isn't exactly uncommon, it's just only a problem with a bunch of other comorbidities. If you don't have any of those (smoking, alcoholism, obesity, etc.) it's not really that big of a deal unless you're losing a ton of sleep and it's impacting your daily life. The only thing you really need to watch out for is increasing blood pressure, but if you're fit and live a fit lifestyle that's going to be a better treatment than anything the doctor can do.
