I have an assignment where I'm told to plot the results of an equation with 2 independent vars vs one of its dependent vars.
i.e. f(x,y) = z , plot y vs z.
This makes no sense to me though, since wouldn't we NEED a 3d plot involving both x and y? Otherwise in 2d with just y vs z, I'd get some vertical lines which are meaningless.

Basically, at the end I have a table that is 5 rows by 16 columns. The row or y values are 'C' values, and the column or x values are 'λ' values.
A function is run on each possible combination ,and the result is placed into the intersection of 2 values, of that table.

So with that said, plotting the y values vs the results doesnt make sense. I guess ill just go with a 3d graph and call him a brainlet if he objects.
