I'm graduating with a BS in Physics and Computer Science. I want to go to grad school, but what are some high paying jobs should I cater my graduate degree to?

I like electronics and solid state physics, but I am worried that just doing research won't pay me enough as a career

Maybe English

If you are just seeking a high paying job you're not going to make it. STEMcel collapse soon, so you better make yourself useful and study something you're actually passionate about.

I'm seeking a high paying job that will be fun. So far I've just figured out I like doing research, but I feel like researchers don't make a lot of money

What kind of research? If you are so concerned with making a lot of money, then you should go into business.

dumb and gross

Right now I am doing geophysics research on gamma rays, and I like that a lot. I have also done a bunch of other projects, and basically I like committing to a long term project and finding solutions by any means necessary.

I would like to get into more electronics type of research because I feel I am really good with my hands

I have thought about this, it seems like a viable option. I really like the idea of working on cutting edge electronics like photonics and in the realm of computer engineering

If you want to make money and are set on grad school get your MBA or JD at a prestigious school - if you are smart this should be relatively easy and you'll have easy access to finance or big law working with patents, taxes, or tech.

If you don't want to do the above, then you should stop thinking about how much money you'll make and focus on what you want to study.

What are some high paying jobs in Physics?
