That medrxiv article where they estimated the number of under-reported COVID cases just scrubbed their mention of estimates for in China. Fortunately Researchgate has the old article where it says:
https://archive.is/5ZDm4
>By applying a correction, we predict that the number of cases is highly under-reported in most countries. In the case of China, it is estimated that more than 700.000 cases of COVID-19 actually occurred instead of the confirmed 80,932 cases as of 3/13/2020.
But here's the new page:
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.03.14.20036178v2
Notice the tweets at the bottom referencing the 700,000 cases.
Why people still trust health "experts" who lie and fuck up and try to cover their tracks incessantly baffles me to this day.

If they were wrong why wouldn't they have corrected it? Seems awfully suss they would just scrub it with no mention like that.
