What lack of IQ? The lack of IQ when compared with Thais or Filipinos even though both range in the upper 80s? The fact that Japanese have one point more than whites? or do you mean the completely reliable because obviously botched and fabricated IQ tests in China where children magically obtain IQs of 105-110 even though China is governed like any other totalitarian country with an IQ of at most 90.
