One feature of the gospels is especially worth noting: the *earlier* they are, the *more different* a tale they tell, compared to a similar aged other one. Thousands of different versions.

This time direction is exactly the opposite you would expect, if it were based on a real event

The process is similar to santa claus - from centuries old versions from all over Europe, the tales tell of dozens of totally unlike characters. Some of them aren't even human.

Slowly the tales have however fused, and now we have the global coca-cola santa meme. The same has happened with jesus.
