It really depends on what you think is sustainable, so we need to answer a couple of questions first.
People living there long term?
People living there with minimal shipments from earth?
How many times do we need to have thing fucking thread?
A moon colony that makes money?
People living there without any support from earth?

After more then 200 years of exploration there are some scientific outposts on Antarctica. All totally depend on shipments. Moon bases might be like this in 100 years. Or later. But that's it.
