Why not pick something more applicable irl so that you can build shit like programming or Electrical Engineering? Don't get me wrong learning Math is a great idea but I'd be more in favor of doing that later
Learn to build shit, make a start-up. Start lifting & in case you're fat get to 10% body fat.
Do you have low libido, low energy, brain fog and/or anxiety? Do blood work to check if you have any hormonal issues (maybe bout time ya hop on that TRT)
