Just grow up or get off of this board. Fucking little stoner shit. Enjoy never being taken seriously in life, and never accomplishing anything of note, except being the 'cool parents' when your equally screwed up teens are in high school, and you allow everyone to drink and smoke at your parties. Eventually, you'll get caught and arrested for child endangerment and allowing underage drinking, and when you go to court, you're going to blame it on the fact that no college would accept you because they weren't open-minded enough, and it's not really your fault, it's society. Enjoy going to jail and getting anally raped more than you would in an engineering major in college.

i've never smoked marijuana in my entire life and i'm completely pro-legalization. wanna know why? it's fucking less harmful than alcohol. you stupid pricks see the word "drug" and assume OH SHIT IT'LL KILL EVERYONE. no. you're fucking retarded. marijuana being illegal is exactly the same as prohibition of alcohol, it just causes more problems and people are gonna do it anyway.

Every single person in high school that I knew that was pro-legalization was a stupid stoner, and now they're all stupid stoner burnouts. Same goes for everyone who did pot even on occasion. Fact is, high schoolers don't care about it being less harmful than alcohol, they just want an easier and cheaper way to get their hands on it. I guarantee you that OP, if not being a clever troll, is currently high off of weed that he bought with either A, the allowance money mommy and daddy gave to him, or B, money took from mommy and daddy/money made from their belongings that he hocked.

Honestly, I don't give a shit if it's legalized or not. But look at OP's post and tell me that that kid is ever going to achieve anything worthwhile in life.

Why are you on /sci/ spewing completely wrong and fallacious propaganda?

Weed has no long term detrimental effects. The research if very infantile but has been done extensively enough, that it proves no societal, personal or general damage.

We have these things in our brains called canabinoid receptors that produce THC (the main ingredient of weed) naturally. Smoking just over loads these receptors causing some temporary side-effects, and an a slightly alter learning disability for a day or two as the body readjusts the THC levels. Though it has been shown that a person before smoking is exactly like person after smoking.

Weed is not bad because of the non-existent health effects.

Weed is bad because of the drug trade

and thus the deaths of people it causes.

Legalizing it will bring in more money, yes, but more murders in Mexico.

>> No.1150878

I also find it hilarious that you think by comparing weed to alcohol that you're proving some point. Weed doesn't hasten (nor give) you cancer, nor does it kill brain cells. Weed doesn't impair driving as much as alcohol, nor does it destroy the liver. and I can go on and on.

Weed doesn't have withdrawl. You claim all weed smokers do is smoke weed, but that just your cheap attempt at slandering a whole culture with an over-exaggeration. If I like something, I will do it when I wish. If I smoke weed all day, am I addicted? Well that is circumstantial. If I am smoking because i have the resources to do so and i love smoking then NO, I'm not addicted. Its not even remotely related to the addictive condition, you fucking twat.

Federal Bureau of Narcotics Anslinger wanted to pass a new narcotics bill in Texas to get rid of the mexicans and keep the population there in control. At the time superstitions were that the mexicans smoked weed and became super humans, so he used that to pass his narcotics bill in texas.

Realizing that this method worked, he basically demonized weed to create a reputation for himself of having successful narcotic bills. Dupont, a chemical company, noticed this and joined Anslinger and William Hearst on a mass propaganda campaign in order to undermine the hemp industry. Which would result in Dupont being the only company its efficiency and size in the US because they were the only company to make plastics and fibers from artificial resources (not hemp) whereas many other companies and even whole industries relied on hemp.
