Here's an idea: tic-tac-toe variants
>player1 proposes a variation of the tic-tac-toe game
>player2 must either prove that the game is unfair or play the game with player1
>if they play the game, and there is a winner, the winner gets a point
>if player2 attempts to prove the game is unfair, but fails within a time limit, and player 1 can prove the game is, in fact, fair, player 1 gets a point
>If player 2 successfully proves the game is unfair, he gets 5 points
>roles swap here
>by unfair, it is meant that a player has a move sequence that guarantee victory
>contentious proofs may be checked via computer program; the game assumes your IQ is high enough to understand how to use computer verification
Here's an example of a turn:
>1: I propose tic-tac-toe on the typical 3x3 board, but each player places two marks at a time
>2: This is unfair. If you start the game with a move on the center and a corner, I will be forced to block you on the next turn with one mark, and then regardless of my other mark, you will be able to place two edge-marks on opposite sides of the center on your subsequent turn
>1: well-played. 5 points to you. Your turn to propose a game.

Play higher dimensional ones.I found n-1 dimensions where n is the dimension of the board works the best. Also, you'd want the sides to have an even number of intries, otherwise, the center piece gets very valuable in higher dimensions. 1v1 me. Imagine the boards are stacked on top of eachother to form a 4-d board

Actually most of the standard 3x3 4x4 etc are fair. Where it gets interesting is coming up with an unfair one that isn't obviously unfair. For example: 9x9, but the first player starts with 1 extra move. Is one extra move really going to make a difference in such a large board? The answer is, in fact, there is an m, such that for all n x n boards, getting m extra first moves will make the game unfair.
