Scientifically speaking, does perfume work?

I don't think so, I started wearing cologne this month and all the girls insist on staying at least 6 feet away from me.

Perfumes are like fish baits. Different fish want different baits. Knowing what your fish likes is the key.

Just buy one you think smells good and is relatively uncommon (if it's too popular or some shit like axe/old spice you're gonna smell like every other dude). The point is that it should be an uncommon scent that smells good so it gets associated with your presence in people's brains. Once you find one you like just buy the biggest bottle of it on a website like perfume.com, it's usually relatively cheap there compared to retail.

Also why is this on /sci/, go to /fa/ for this shit
