Hi. I am not American, but I am a sea-east Asian that has a dream to be able to study in a prestigious school in the world. But, I live in abject poverty, and I am so lazy to the school works.some of my knowledge were came from the internet especially 4chan--other platforms too.

I am motivated to dream by thinking about women that rejected because of my ugliness. Now, I don't mind it anymore.

I still have deficiencies that should need to be improved--physical and psychosocial.

My sister is Ivy. Just don't have a life outside of studying and study things you actually like. Take the hardest math and science classes your school has or if you want to go the english route you still need to take hard sciences and at least calculus, but you're gonna have to win a bunch of essay competitions too. just do the skool stuff man

Never gonna make it unless you change that. Get motivated to exercise, eat well and study something of your interest. Don't worry too much about women for now, they'll come naturally along the way: girls like guys with a clear goal in life, talent, charisma and a decent job or power position. Poverty is not much of a problem if you're motivated: I live in a 3rd world shithole where some public parks have exercise machines, a healthy diet is not that expensive if you can cook and manage your budget well, there's some public libraries, I can pirate books with no problem and I'm currently studying maths with a government grant -- this year I'm doing TA duties.

I went to Columbia and a lot of my other friends went to good US schools or plain Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford whatever. You can achieve just as much by doubling down on STEM subjects and getting good at programming and math. But most of you already know this.

But if you're a prestige junkie and want to be idk a drone investment banker or politician/ supreme Court, then the school might matter more

Harvard, Princeton, Yale study Rudin at the bare minimum. Universities like ASU and University of Phoenix use stuff like Pearson because of poor state funding.

The Ivy League has such better standards that it would be impossible for a budding mathematician to break into the field of respectable research/academia. Unfortunately, the students in flyover states rarely move to a different state with better education standards.
