That is quite correct, however it is also more complicated, as someone who was normal during school years (girlfriends, sports, parties) I ended up without a single friend and no social life, I cannot stand the thought of drinking again or using drugs and most social settings are boring for me, unfortunately 99.8% of other people are the opposite and their life revolves around having good time, its all that matters to them, the remaining 0.2% while arent as hedonistic they simply have no ambition

Environment is the second most important imo, and the chances are probably the good and bad things that might happen, how the person deals with things and "the chance to shine".

Action. Think about how little most people act in the world, then think about someone who acts constantly throughout their waking life. We're talking orders of magnitude difference in what two people can achieve on life. The crazy part is you have total control over this. You could change the world if you really set your mind to it. No you don't. I'm in my mid 20s and I have all of this (minus the kids but that is coming soon) and I'm far from normal, (I'm also far from being a genetic dead end loser). But the vast majority of people from my high school didn't make it. Most ended up unemployed or miserably underemployed in dead end jobs, and that's if they were lucky. Quite a few spiraled into drug addiction and became total degenerates. A good portion of the females are still 'finding their self', have tattoos, or are overweight, and needless to say they're all unmarried and probably will remain so. I grew up in an affluent area with good schools too, so presumably a lot of these kids would have had good direction, family wealth, connections to help them out. I guess it wasn't enough.

Quite frankly, being "normal" today is lethal. It simply means you're susceptible to the toxic cultural influences of the time. Why anybody would aspire towards normalcy is beyond me. So I agree with the picture, trying to "self improve" to fit in with normalfags is cringe. But if you want to actually win in life, you certainly have to self improve, in every respect.
