What did reality mean by this? Why does a simple formula produce an entire universe of complexity?

It feeds back to itself making it SELF-SIMILAR and that's attractive to our brains possible because it requires less resources to process and just right amount of change to become interesting.

>What did reality mean by this? Why does a simple formula produce an entire universe of complexity?
because the universe expands like a fractal (Koch Snowflake)

it's only a feeling but it does make sense when you take into account that the universe expands but also at the same time is hindered at expanding by it's own expansion
you could find more fractals and piece them all together but ultimately it doesn't change the nature of the universe
