Iirc you can take a taylor expansion view, where you locally have up to the nth derivative but the more derivatives you take the further your central point moves away from the rightmost edge. When you get your desired n, you extrapolate by plugging In your value into the taylor series. Everything up to this point will be based on your interpolation function and will be entirely numerical. Your choice of derivative method is up to you. Take numerical analysis
