Do you have pain from an injury or is your posture bad? Do you have forward head posture? Is there a lump on your neck? You can do stretches to help with back pain. My brother had cancer 10 years ago and is a potato with back pain, she uses a tens unit and it helps. The military also gave my mom a tens unit when she was in labor with me in their hospital.
